"He will run shortly, we're in the process of getting him ready," revealed Bouresly. "He can be a nice horse too. He showed he liked the dirt so that should not be a problem." Channon held the horse in high regard and entered him in top Group races like the Diomed Stakes at Epsom, where Checkit was fourth to Passing Glance, the Queen Anne Stakes (Gr 1) at Royal Ascot and the Sussex Stakes (Gr 1) at Goodwood where he was eighth of 11 to Soviet Song. "Shanty Star won the Queen's Vase at Ascot, he's a class horse," said Bouresly. "He'll have his first run shortly. We're preparing him for the Carnival.

"Bouresly also revealed the programme for Pakhoes who made a smart UAE debut when third to stable companion Conceal in the Shadwell sprint at Jebel Ali on Friday.

"He runs in the National Day Cup in Abu Dhabi and will also contest the HH The President Cup in two weeks time. "He's doing well and we have a lot of hopes for him. Hopefully he will progress nicely and we can win some races with him.

"Bouresly also confirmed that Conceal would be targeted at all the top five and six furlong races.

"He come from a line of horses who only get better with age. He's still maturing and has a lot of racing in him. He was very impressive last week and I'm confident he can win some more races for us."
